MAXIMILIAN DALLAGO, Ph.D.
He graduated in law from the Leopold-Franzens-University of Innsbruck in 2016 with a thesis on indirect coercive measures in civil procedural law.
From 2016 to 2020, he worked as a university assistant and doctoral candidate with the Chair of Civil Law at the Institute of Italian Law at the University of Innsbruck.
He completed his legal traineeship in a well-established law firm in Bolzano, where he mainly dealt with disputes and contracts and assisted natural and legal persons also in an international context and in Italian, German and English. He also completed a judicial internship at the District Court of Innsbruck and the Regional Court of Innsbruck.
He specialised in civil law with a focus on contract law, inheritance law and rights in rem (especially real estate law).
In 2021, he obtained his Ph.D. in the field of comparative estate planning in civil law at the University of Innsbruck and the University of Padua.
He has been a lawyer since 2024 and specialises in particular in contract, corporate and succession law. He also completed the notarial traineeship at a renowned notary’s office in Bolzano.
He has been a lecturer in Private international law and Italian business law at the University of Innsbruck since 2022.
He is a native German and Italian speaker and is fluent in English.
